If you wish to return a product purchased from our store without providing a reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with current Polish consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us (Educat Solutions S.R.L., contact@pureal.pl) by means of an unambiguous statement. You may use email or another written form.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return—whichever occurs first.

Please return the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Store Terms – Right of Withdrawal (§4)

• Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal statement may be submitted in any form; using the template is optional.
• The seller will confirm receipt of the withdrawal by email without delay.
• Upon withdrawal, the contract is considered not concluded.
• The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
• Return shipping is at the consumer’s cost and risk.
• The seller will refund the payment within 14 days, including shipping costs (basic option only).
• The seller may delay refund until receipt of goods or proof of return.
• There is no right of withdrawal in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (e.g. personalized goods, hygiene-sealed items, perishables, digital content without a physical medium, etc.).

Information Regarding Warranty (Rękojmia)

According to the Civil Code, we are responsible for physical and legal defects in goods sold through our store.

If a defect is found, you have the right to:

• Request a price reduction
• Withdraw from the contract (unless the defect is minor)
• Request replacement with a defect-free item
• Request repair of the item

We will respond to your claim within 14 days.

We will cover the return shipping costs. A courier (InPost) will collect the product at your convenience. If return is overly difficult (e.g. due to installation), the item must be made available at its current location.

Warranty liability applies if a defect is discovered within:

• 2 years of delivery (new products)
• 1 year of delivery (used products)

Claims must be made within 1 year of discovering the defect and not later than the above periods. If the product has an expiry date longer than 2 years, the warranty lasts until that date.

Liability for legal defects follows similar rules. Time limits run from the moment the defect is discovered or court judgment becomes final.
