To whom we can transfer your personal data

1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – data necessary for us to address the shipment;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment;
3. telephone number for the recipient of the shipment – necessary when choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for data other than those indicated when registering or placing an order, we additionally ask for:
1. name and surname or company/institution name – data necessary to issue a sales document;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a proof of sale;
3. NIP number – necessary to issue a proof of sale.
The Pureal.pl online store cooperates with external companies – Logistics of InPost and the Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce payment system, to which it transfers personal data (at the request and with the consent of the customers of the Pureal.pl store, who, by deciding to send orders to the contact details provided in the form, accepted Regulations of the store and/or wish to make a payment via the Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce system. The Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce Payment System collects the following contact details: name and surname of the person placing the order and being the owner of the payment card or bank account of banks cooperating with the Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce system, or the name of the company to which the account belongs, or a payment card allowing for online payments, street , apartment or house number, postal code and town name.
The Pureal.pl store, by signing a contract with the Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce system for the provision of financial services, has secured the interests of customers by choosing the Protected Payment option, which guarantees customer data security and verification of their payments to exclude transactions of a fraudulent nature. By choosing the payment option via the Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce system, the Customer is redirected directly to the Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce website and payment form, thus bypassing the panel of the Pureal.pl store, so that the transaction is concluded between the Customer and the Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce system.

b) transfer of your personal data to Unicredit Bank S.A (“Bank”) in connection with:
a. the provision by the Bank to the Online Store of the service of providing access to infrastructure for handling payments via the Internet (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) f) Regulations).
b. handling and settling by the Bank of payments made by customers of the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
c. in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers’ interests in connection with their complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
c) transferring your personal data to Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce in connection with the possibility of proposing payment for the purchased goods or services by Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce by the Online Store, as well as for the purpose of verification by Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce for the proper performance of such mandate contracts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes set out above, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:
a) Unicredit Bank S.A
b) Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce
If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.
If you provide your personal data in order to transfer your personal data to Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce before concluding a contract for the sale of goods (or services) purchased in the Online Store, the transfer of such data is a condition for concluding a sales contract in in connection with the business model adopted by the Online Store.
If you provide your personal data to the Bank in connection with the handling and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing the data is required in order to make the payment and provide confirmation of its execution by the Bank to item of the online store.
If you provide your personal data to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers’ interests in connection with their complaints, providing this data is required to enable the performance of the contract concluded between the Online Store and the Bank.
