We send all products from our store’s offer in Poland – FREE OF CHARGE if the order value is above 300 PLN.

I. Introductory information

1. The Pureal.pl online store sells goods only via the Internet. Orders are accepted by the website www.Pureal.pl 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded from the execution of orders, hence the order placed on Friday after 11.00, on Saturday or Sunday will be processed / sent only on Monday of the following week. The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods in the distributor’s warehouse. Orders can also be placed by e-mail or by phone – during the working hours of the Customer Service Office.

2. The goods are sent to the Customer via courier companies InPost and/or GLS and/or DHL and/or INPOST and/or UPS (goods up to 31 kg) – traditional parcels. Large-size products or products defined by the carrier as special goods weighing more than 31 kg will be delivered to customers from the distributors’ warehouse by specialized courier companies. The customer will be informed of this fact by e-mail.

3. It is possible to pick up the goods in person at the company’s headquarters after prior telephone arrangement.

4. All products offered by the store www.Pureal.pl are brand new, free from legal defects. They have been legally introduced to the Polish market. They have a manufacturer’s warranty.

5. The prices of all products presented in the offer of the www.Pureal.pl store include VAT – they are gross prices.

6. Private customers (without legal personality) receive a personal VAT invoice, while institutional customers – a VAT invoice – for all products purchased in the store. Placing an order, and thus accepting the regulations, authorizes the store  www.Pureal.pl  to issue a receipt or VAT invoice without the Customer’s signature.

7. The store reserves the right to request an advance payment in the case of very expensive, unusual goods or those that are imported for a particular customer on an individual order. Each such situation, involving the need to make an advance payment to the manufacturer, will be agreed in advance with the store’s customer. Immediately after making the advance payment to the store’s account, the customer will receive a VAT invoice / VAT invoice. The customer will be kept informed about the progress of the order.

9. The customer will be kept informed by the shop www.Pureal.pl about the status of the order, its implementation and sending the shipment. In addition, the Customer will receive an e-mail and / or SMS and / or MMS with information about the shipment and / or package number, thanks to which he will be able to check the tracking (path) of the courier shipment.

10. The Seller – shop www.Pureal.pl – asks the Customers to check the correctness of the data entered in the order form or sent electronically. As a result of address errors, the shipment may either not reach the addressee at all, or may arrive later than the Customer would like. It happens that customers of our store buy goods for a gift – in such a situation, when the data for shipping the goods will be incorrect or incomplete – the idea of ​​a gift may be, unfortunately, wrong. Hence, once again, a great request to check the shipping details and phone number.

II. Delivery Dates

1. The www.Pureal.pl online store will fulfill the Customer’s orders, most often – when the goods are available in the warehouses of producers or suppliers – within 3-14 days. The average order processing time is usually within 72 hours. For each product, the approximate delivery time is given. However, it may happen that the customer ordered goods that need to be:
– only produced
– ordered and imported exclusively for him
– ordered and waited for its availability in the manufacturer’s / supplier’s warehouse

In such situations, the waiting time for the goods is extended. All arrangements for importing this type of goods will be agreed with the customer – it will depend on his decision whether the store is to carry out the order.

2. Due to the fact that the www.Pureal.pl store offers a very wide range of products (it operates on the principles of an online market), it does not run its own full warehouse.

3. If the Customer orders goods that can be completed at different times, the order fulfillment period is extended until the last of the goods ordered by the Customer is received, unless the Customer requests that individual components of the order be sent to him separately. If the delivery time turns out to be longer than suggested on the product page, the store employees will contact the customer by phone or e-mail to inform about the delay and confirm the customer’s willingness to complete the order or cancel the order.

4. Please remember that the term “receipt of the shipment” is understood as the time of order fulfillment and delivery time. The www.Pureal.pl online store will make every effort to ensure that the waiting time for the order is as short as possible.

5. Parcels delivered by courier companies (InPost, GLS, DHL, INPOST and UPS) usually arrive on the next working day after dispatch. The maximum waiting time for a domestic courier shipment is 48 hours. In extreme cases – 72 hours. The store will keep the customer informed about any obstacles and delays.

III. Payments and costs of delivery of goods

1. The customer can choose the following payment methods for the ordered goods:

b) by a transfer via Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce system (payment by credit or payment card, bank transfers, transaction systems of banks cooperating with Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce).

Please note that there is a limit to the amount of payments by credit and debit cards. For details, please ask the service of the bank issuing the payment card.

All transactions made with payment and credit cards, which will be carried out by Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce system, are safe. At the request of the www.Pureal.pl store, Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce verifie each of such transactions to protect the interests of the Customer, so that no one buys goods using a stolen credit or payment card. Stripe Payments, PayPal and WooCommerce takes 100% responsibility for the so-called fraudulent transactions, the so-called chargeback guarantee.

c) in cash on delivery – the amount is collected by the courier – applies to goods up to the value of PLN 15,000.

Products of some brands are imported and/or manufactured on individual order and order of the Customer. Hence the payment for them – in the form of an advance or prepayment in the amount of 100% excludes the option of “cash on delivery”. In such a situation, the service of the www.Pureal.pl store will agree with the Customer how to proceed and specify the approximate date of order completion.
